Aftermarket Navigation/Climate Control Bulbs

I have been looking around and I need to replace practicically all my nav/AC light bulbs and I wanted to see if you guys had tried a direct replacement that you can buy in a pack, either original or LED types.

Also, I see it be referrred to as T3 bulbs but I bought and some do not fit, is it indeed T3?

Just get the oem bulbs, you're gonna risk frying the nav unit...

Just wondering - how you can fry the Navi by inserting other bulbs? The only think that can be damaged are new bulbs if designed for lower voltage.
