Aftermarket Clutch? on CPO?

I bought my 6MT TL CPO from an Acura dealer about a month ago. When I drove the car the clutch was jumpy and engaged at a very high point...but I had only driven one other 6MT, which was a while back, so I just assumed that this was how the clutch was supposed to feel. Then, I when I got coilovers installed, excelerate mentioned that the clutch felt very different, and the place who did my tints said the same thing. So today I brought it to a dealer and let one of the service guys drive the car, and he only needed a second to tell me that there was no way it was the OEM clutch.
Anyway, I am pissed that I was sold a CPO car with an aftermarket clutch. But then again, it could end up being a positive thing. I'm now trying to figure out who makes the clutch, but I can't even find any aftermarket applications for the 3G TL. What do you guys think?
