Adding oil for new engine
What has been your experience?. I have about 3300 miles and had to add about 3/4 of a quart. I know that new engines might need oil, but my last 2001 TL never need oil. Thanks

Not a Blowhole
That is completely within normal tolerances, especially for a new car. Further, a thin oil like a 20w will be morte volatile than a thicker oil, so some of that loss is likely through vaporization of the lighter factions (mineral oil is not saturated - it is poly-molecular).
As the engine breaks in, it will likely use less, but just rememeber to check your oil at least every toher fill-up - good practice for ANY car.
My S2000 comes with a warning from Honda, that hi-po engines will consume some lubricant - yours is paltry compared to what some of the S2K's eat.
Don't sweat the small stuff, and best of luck with your car.
