Luke, it does not look like they're using the AcuraZine logo, which the can't anyway.
There are no official AcuraZine t-shirts. I'm sure IB (Internet Brands, who owns AcuraZine) would not allow someone else to use their logo. There is an AcuraZine store, by the way.
I don't like that design myself, but.....
