i have 08 acura TL, if i want to swap the TL type S engine in the acura TL, doest it fit?and what parts should i buy to convert normal TL to TLs?

I say get the TL-S instead, it's probably going to be cheaper since you already have an 08.

Also, may want to try in the 3G thread, as there are probably more people who can give you good info about an engine swap.

now if your talking about a 2010 tl on a 2008 tl chassis thats a completely different story.. otherwise move this to 3g side.
