I have been putting this stuff off for long enough and decided to finally get some nagging things taken care of once I get my parts in the mail from oemacuraparts.

I have to replace a side marker, the cup holder assembly (cover is split in at least 5 places), replace some screws on the center compartment, and replace actuators on BOTH rear doors. I also need to replace the cruise control switch on the steering wheel, but will probably let the dealer do that as I'm not comfortable working around the air bag.

The only thing that scares me is the door actuators. The dealer wants to charge nearly $700 to do this, but I'm not paying that much; I'd rather operate them manually like the old school. I would like to have them fixed though, just don't know how difficult its going to be until I start the project. I also ordered an 3G TL repair manual from ebay, hoping it will have a section on the door actuator.

I see some DIY threads for the door actuators on FRONT door, but haven't seen any for the rear door; for those that have successfully replaced the door actuators just how hard is it to do, any things I should watch out for?
