Honda won't sell parts to independent shops, now they won't let us see the monthly bulletins. Nothing like trying to enhance their customer relationships. I'm seeing Nissan in my future.....they still let you download owners manuals.

I am not sure if it is me or something has happened on the site but I cant seem to read any bulletins past August 2008. I keeps telling me that I am not authorized, but I can read all of them up till then. Can you check on this and let me know what is going on. It would be much appreciated! This is awesome that you did this, very interesting and informative information!

Sometimes it fails after opening an instructions, and I found out that if I cleared my cache it would then work, but tonight I decided to try it without clearing the cache and it still worked.
I can't say why you are having the problem, but it does seem odd you can open old ones and not new ones.
Exactly what does the message say?
I found a couple that wouldn't open because the file was damaged. I'll check all of them later and see what I can do about them, but everything else opened ok.

I just went through the process, as I always do when I get a message like this, and it works fine.
Follow the instructions exactly, and make sure you clear your cache before doing anything else.
I have added the cache instruction to the thread.
