A lot of folks have had bad experiences with dealer service departments. I want to give credit where it's due. I've been using the service department at Acura at Oxmoor for more than two years now, and I have found them easy to work with, technically proficient, and very accommodating. Acura at Oxmoor is a unit of the Neil Huffman group. We've been dealing with Huffman service departments and even the body shop for ten years and have always been very well-treated. I realize that this advice isn't of much help to AZiners in San Diego, but if getting service in Louisville is an option, consider them.
