this is the story, i went from open road acura to acura of ocean.

i arrived at the dealer, the service advisor registered my car in the computer because it was my first time there. the FIRST thing he asked me was if i had aftermarket parts on there. so i told told him yes, i had comptech springs. but something was fishy, because they never saw my car. so i just told them the truth and took the tech for a test drive. he heard the rattle and i dropped my car off so they can work on it.

they found a 10mm bolt rolling back there and that was the rattle. (by the rear deck)
the dealer was really nice and replaced 2 broken clips that i had on the seat, and a screw that was stripped.they are going to retap it.

i didnt even ask for this and they offered to do it under warranty.

so i went back to pick up my car. i asked the service advisor if open road acura said anything to them about my car. and guess what, they said yes. i knew something was up when the first question he asked me when i arrived is" do you have any aftermarket parts on there?"

not only did ryans open road acura not want to diganose my car, they wanted other dealerships not to touch my car. just because they have bad service they want other dealerships to be just like them. but acura of ocean was different. no arguments, just fixed the problem and i was happy. i tipped the advisor and the tech 10 dollars each. not a lot, but enough for them to buy a lunch.

i cant believe that the service manager at open road called acura of ocean to not fix my car. jeff yatzko makes me sick
