Acura mailing address for complaints about dealers ??

Does anyone have an address for Acura where one would send a letter full of complaints about a certain dealership? If there are regional offices, my complaint is about the dealership in Louisville, KY.

I have a letter prepared for the dealership but would like to send a copy to Acura HQ at the same time.

You can call that dealership or the closest one to it and ask who the regional Acuracare rep is and they'll point you in the right direction.

what is your beef with the dealership. To find the address I would call Acura cust. services 1.800.999.5901 and ask them where the letter should be sent or do a google search on Acura North America Corporate.

Too many things to list. I have written a 3 page letter outlining everything. Everything from the salesman dropping the ball on a sale back in 2004 up to their inability to correctly diagnosis a problem with my car this winter. And, their bs prices at the parts department. It's all in there.

I'll give you one example. They wanted $473 for power steering pump at the parts counter. The Lexington, KY dealer that is 70 miles away would sell it for $100 less. And, Delray Acura's online price was only $273. Add to that I didn't even need a pump in the first place (incorrect diagnosis). I pointed all this out in the letter and asked them if they could tell me why I should every use there parts department or service department again.

I never have paid them any money other a few bucks at the parts counter. Now they will know why.

Thanks to all who replied. I will contact ACS for an address.

1-800-382-2238 x5 is acura customer care- they can take a report- assign a case manager and give you the address in los angeles
