University Acura now known as Fresno Acura sucks.... the service dept never treated me properly. The only person I liked is my salesman Scott Carlson.

These guys wanted to charge me $800 to install comptech springs which only takes 3-4 hours...

Unfortunately I only handle the Internet Sales Department. The parts manager is Phil. Please call him at (559) 431-3400 with questions concerning parts. Thank you.

I also forgot to mention that if you live in the Fresno are, we are having a grand opening celebration of the new dealership and new 2005 RL launch. Please let me know if you can make it, so that I know who you are. It is going to take place on 11/11/04 at 6:00 PM. I hope to see you here.

Everyone is entitled to theri opinion, but you are the first that I have heard to express disatisfaction with our service department. The service department at our new store is great. I have personally spoken to customers and they have been very satisfied. Did you express your disatisfaction to the owner or customer service manager. If you indeed had a problem, they would had been more than willing to resolve it. Let us please keeep this thread on topic. Thank you.

Yes I dropped my car for service at the old location and when i got home I noticed a small dent on drivers door. I call right away and brought the car back to you guys after few days, which service dept denied it and I let it go but then some one called back regarding service satisfaction and I complained to them but no one got back to me.
