Hey everyone,

I'm taking my '04 6MT into Acura of Auburn on Saturday to have them look at the rear wheel outer tire ware (both wheels). It seems to need an alignment, but I'll let them determine that and hopefully pay for it. Does anyone have any experience with Acura of Auburn service?

I have had excellent results from them for many years, both with my previous
Integra, and now my TL. The service manager Jim Kane does all that he can for customer satifaction. When I had my initial problem with my TL heater, they got the car in right away and gave me a loaner on short notice. let us know how you make out.

After hearing the horror stories on this site regarding the dealerships, I was a bit sketptical to bring my car to the dealership. However, the two times I've been there, they been great! The service is excellent. I think, they've been awarded the precision award 2 to 3 years straight.

In my opinion, Acura of Auburn's service is top notch. My service advisor is Jeff Neal. He really understands this business.

This is the best service oriented dealership I have ever done business with and the technicians are excellent.

Last Saturday, I just had snows tires put on my TL and replaced the tires on my Pilot at Acura of Auburn. Jeff did a great job advising me on the Blizzaks vs. Arctic Alpin for snow and getting me a good price. Jeff and Jim do a great job for their customers. Highly recommended.
