Acura All Weather Floormats (OEM)
I'm seeing these mats on ebay for about 95 dollars or so. I'm just curious if anyone has them and how they feel about them.
I'm picking my car up next Thursday, and since we seem to be getting a lot of sporatic snow, I'd like to have these on hand if I can get them cheaper than haggling with the dealer....

It is around $100. A bit on the higher end but if you want the Acura label and the fit. There are several high quality aftermarket all weather mats you can buy for a lot less (around $25 for a set of 4). No Acura logo but if it not important for you, I think it does the job.

Don't pay the dealer for them unless you get a good deal. I found the on Ebay, e-mailed the seller and ended up buying the mats, trunk tray, mud guard, lip spoiler, 18" wheels, and wheel locks from the same guy. He was an Acura parts manager in California.

Some are generic mats. You can search the web for some semi -custom fit all weather mats. 04 TL is a bit hard to find since it is new. If the generic ones semi-fits and you will only use it for fowl weather, then IMO it is the way to go.

I just got my TL all-season floor mats 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with them. The carpeted floor mats are just way too easily stained and soiled (I borrowed a carpet stream cleaner from my brother to clean the carpeted ones before I put them in storage).
I would imagine you could get after market mats on the cheap that do a good job but there is nothing like having dealer floor mats in your car (plus they seem to be very good mats at that). Where I park my car at work and at home (apartment) there are way too many oil spots from older cars so using anything but all-season mats is out of the question.

After a winter, they do get snow debris and dirt on them so I will clean them easily... wipe them down is all.. and have them ready for summer so rain and other dirt do not dirty the carpeted mats that are underneath.

Just get Weathertech/Macneil (adds in all car mags), not cheap but way better than Acura mats. They actually hold a lot of water (melted snow). I think a set of 4 is under $100 and you can just buy the fronts. IMO they are the best out there.

The weathertechs do not have holes but do fit well and stay in place. Judging from the photo in princd s post I think the wtechs would hold a lot more water...you could literally pour a quart or probably two on and the water would stay "in" the mat.

I bought the a/s floor mats from davidagoodrich on e-bay for $94 and the trunk tray for $78. The quality of the floor mats is very good, but the trunk tray is made of thin rubber and I think it's poor quality.
