Here you go guys this is from my thread way back. Its not a full DIY, but everything i mention about how to wire it up is the DIY. The cutting part and mount thats all eye work and taking time. Wiring it up and setting it to the car is about 30 min of work, installing the fogs to the bumper took me and my friend about 8 hours. Cleaning it all up to make it smooth and nice another 30 min.

can someone please direct me to a reputable seller of these foglight, whether it be ebay or sponsor on this site. i am uncertain which ones to buy. i want the good glass ones . not the cheap plastic..

I was going to order those yellow ones, but with hids they would burn off that cheap yellow paint. The glass itself is not really yellow which blows! Instead I got 3k yellow hids with my factory accord lights. 4 months so far and ZERO problems.
