First I want to say hello to all Acura owners as I am new to my Acura TL and I love it. I have been reading through the forums for about a week now and I want to know what all of the abbreviations mean. I have been able to figure some out for myself, but some I am unable to figure out. Can you guys and girls help? Also, how would I know what I truly have in regards to my TL if all that I know is that it has a ground effects front and rear kit and that it has a spoiler. Everything else is factory. My first mod is going to be a CAI. I would also like to see more pics of everyone's cars as it makes me appreciate mine even more as they look awesome on the street.

you gotta include at least one example. a lot of them are just the color, like NBP is nighthawk black pearl.

I like to refer to it as Fuck The Mother Fuckin World.... haha

RSB is Rear Sway Bar

 

WDP = Wildest Dopest Paint (white diamond pearl)

 

TBS = throttle body spacer

 

NBP= no better paint than NBP

 

Here's one I've been wondering about, TL-P. I know it means the non-S-Type version of the car but where does the P come from?

 

You guys missed the best one, WOT=wide open throttle.

TL-P is a TL premium, other wise known as the base model.
