A1 service being displayed at 11,000 miles?

Hey guys! Just wondering why my A1 service would be coming on again at 11,000. From what I am reading - this should be showing up as a "B" service? Or am I mistaken. I had my first A1 done at 5,500 miles.

So am I okay, or should it be reading "B"?

Is it possible for the MID to be reset all the way back to zero. With A1 displaying again at 11,000, I thought this might be the case, that the dealership incorrectly reset the MID.

Thanks in advance!

I would say that maybe it is time for an oil change tire rotation again (A1) and it's not yet time for the B service.

You are correct. It is not yet time for B, so you just have to do a regular oil change (A1) and that's all.

It was the same with mine. I believe B1 was the oil change and tire rotation, A1 was just a straight oil change.
