Arrow 6 speed aftermarket clutch

HI all, its me again. I plan on replacing that stupid stock clutch. I wanted to ask a question. Some people tell me that the comptech CL-S flywheel and clutch fits on the TL gearbox with no problem, how true is this information? Does anyone know? Your information is much appreciated.

yes, it is a hard clutch to learn but IMHO it is not a "stupid clutch".

yeah what's wrong with the stock clutch? i personally love the shifting on this car. it takes a little getting use to but it's pretty darn smooth. only real reason i can think of to replace the clutch is if you burned yours out or the stock one cannot handle the additional power the motor might be making. a lightweight flywheel is another story that would be something to look into if you want to increase the performance of the car a bit.

I think the stock clutch is fine in terms of feel and effort. I had a little getting used to but other than that, it is great.

I would not get the CT clutch unless I was making HUGE amounts of power. To quote allmotor_2000 from the CL forums, the stock clutch is fine for the over 400 whp he is making with a custom turbo.

Our TL's are making what...225 whp? The stock clutch should be fine for our applications. If there is something wrong with it, perhaps you should take it to the dealer (if your car is less than a yr old/12K miles on it, maybe they will replace it no questions asked).
