I recently started feeling and hearing a creak when the clutch pedal is fully depressed. It felt like a spring was being stretched. Anyway, a B service was due and had the techs check it out. They confirmed the complaint and lubing the spring did not fix the problem. The dealership let me have a loaner (06 TSX) for the rest of the day because they needed to contact Acura Tech Line which they couldn't do till the early afternoon. My service rep called about 3 hours later and said the problem was isolated to the clutch master cylinder. The component was replaced under warranty. Now it feels like when I first got it. I just wanted to pass this along should anyone of you encounter something similar.

I did have something to the effect that when I depressed my clutch, it felt like it was rubbing or dragging on something. I didn't hear any creaks. I had them check it out and they said everything was good. It drove OK after that.
Just in case if the clutch was to malfunction and THIS was related to the master cylinder, would the dealer have a record that I took the car in with a concern regarding my clutch?
In this way, they would have documentation if they needed to fix it under warranty.

This is caused by a poorly designed master cylinder. What is making the noise/feeling is one of the springs inside the master cylinder sags and begins to rub against the inside of the master cylinders casing.
I had this problem on my 03 element and it was replaced under warranty. The only problem was when they replaced it, it took them a whole fucking week to get the damn thing working because they broke a hard line removing it and forgot to bench-bleed the new one before installing it. Then a month after I got the car back, their newly installed master cylinder decided to blow the fluid all over the engine bay. Meanwhile, I had to limp the car to dealership. They spend another week replacing the MC and slave cylinder this time, but when they give the car back to me, 3rd gear is ruined (grinds every time). Apparently the monkeys there forgot to road test the vehicle and felt it was okay to let my pregnant wife do that...
Now they spent another week rebuilding the transmission and now it has an occasional 3rd gear force-out/grind (that the dealer can't seem to recreate). And on top of that my service guy insisted that ALL 5 GEARS WERE REPLACED when I know this was not the case. I guess the moral is that having an extended warranty is a joke since I could have done the work myself for $100 and saved the extra money on the extended warranty. the transmission would never have gone out, and the car would be in better shape than it is now...

I can swear there was a TSB on this, and it was simple fix. I have the same thing, but have yet to have them fix it as it does quite drive me nuts yet.
