I did some searches and I'm confident I know the answer to this that the only OEM choice for the 04-06 TLs is the A-Spec front lip that shown below. I feel that if Acura didnt make the middle portion of the A-Speclip so narrow it would be a much nicer fuller front lip.

If the only choice for the 04-06 TL is the A-Spec lip then are there any after market ones that look OEM kind of like how I described?

Here is a 07/08 TL-S that has some sort of OEM lip on it. Which model year is this for, im guessing its for 07 and 08. Is this a straight bolt on for the 04-06 TL or does it require modification to fit?

It's for the 07-08 year TL and it's not going to be a bolt on for an 04-06. The 07-08 models have larger lower grilles and the OEM lip reflects these changes, so it won't fit directly. You'll need to cut up the 07-08 lip in order to get it to fit OR you can get a TL-S bumper and get yourself a meaty TL-S A-spec front end:

hmm i always preferred the 04-06 aspec look. the type s aspec is a bit too much for me.
