I don't have any experience with it but perform a forum search on "Clear-Bra's".
(3M is just one of possibly many manufacturers of the product)

Many of the folks here have installed or have had someone else install it on their TL's with great results.

Good luck

I have used the cheap clear bra and the 3M bra and i can say that the 3M clear bra is the way to go. The 3M bra is invisible and on the last 3 cars i applied it to did a great job of protecting the front end. The first car i did, i used a cheap vinyl clear bra and it turned yellow after a year....i was not happy as i had to take it off and reapply the 3M one. Moral of the story is that it is a great way to protect your car, but you only want to do it once...so use the 3M bra which is made from polyurethrane.

Now a days, it is much easier to apply the clear Bra ! You can just go on ebay and they have the cars all computer cut for the hood bumpers and other parts.

I'll be doing this to my 2007 TLS once they fix all my factory defects...

Its pretty easy, just wash your car...make sure no bugs or anything left on.
Then apply some water/soap mix on the car, put on the film and squeeze all the water out of it. Make sure you got all the bubbles out and then let it bake in the sun for a day!

Most of these 3M clear bra kits also offer a installation kit and video for a little extra $$. If you are a beginner, you should get it, as mistakes can be very expensive.

If you really aren't too confident, you can bring it to a 3M dealer/installer who can do it for you....i'm guessing that you will save alot if you buy it yourself and they just apply it for you. Dont go to the dealer, they will charge you alot!

Hope that helps.

just had mine installed by Jeremy at Invisiguard, great guy, professional, excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone looking to protect their car.
