Hello Zachura, absolutely buffalo with its snow can be a nuisance to live and drive in. I agree with you, the TL's FWD and low clearance are not a ideal for winter conditions. For those reasons I put my TL into storage and drive an alternative vehicle more suitable for winter driving conditions. Before I placed the TL into storage I installed 4 new BF Goodrich g force tires, and I am curious how the tires would have reacted in the winter conditions.

304,000 miles
Just got it back from its second rear end collision in its life. First time $2500 this time $2750 to get fixed. It has 304,000 miles on it so was shocked insurance fixed it this last time. It will need new front breaks, all new tire, and it needs a right front axle before the summer is over. I have over 130,000 miles on my tires now Continental eco +. Had the continental DWS before and had about 100,000 on them when the side walls started failing. Had pressure sensor switches replaced, starter replaced (the only time the car has never started I replaced the dash a couple of years ago,replaced the windshield twice. replaced the power door locks on driver and passenger side. disconnected the blue tooth because it drained the battery. Replaced the cruse control on the steering wheel the buttons broke ( I use it all the time for my commute) The big question I am having now is do I keep it? Should I put the $3000 in it before next winter. one thing that happened this winter was when it was very very cold out the transmission would not go into 1st gear sometimes. If I would just let the car sit for a couple of seconds it would go. It only does this when it is in the 20's. not sure if this is the start of the end or just old age and the fluid having a hard time circulating. I will post picture when I can it looks great still. I drive 100 miles a day half highway speed and the half stop and go. Any people in the community at 300,000 + miles like me? whats you millage and how is it going?
