3g TL involved in a fatal crash - Toronto
I was caught up in a major traffic jam last night on my way home. The intersection of Jane St. and Hwy 7 in Vaughan was closed for a police investigation due to a fatal crash. I watched the 11pm news to find out more and saw that one of the cars involved was a 3g TL. I hope the driver of the TL is OK!!!
I am trying to find some images from local news web sites and will post if I find any. Meanwhile, here is the report from the Toronto Star:

A fifty-year-old man was killed in a two-car collision this evening when his vehicle rolled over several times at the intersection of Hwy. 7 and Jane St. in Vaughan.
Police said one of the vehicles was turning at the intersection when it collided with the other at around 7:30 p.m.
The Toyota SUV driven by the 50-year-old victim veered out of control and flipped over several times.
An air ambulance was summoned, but was called off when the man was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics.
The driver of the other vehicle, an Acura, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
York police closed Hwy. 7 between Edgeley Blvd. and Creditstone Rd. and Jane St. between MacIntosh Blvd. and Doughton Rd.
York police are continuing their investigation.

I can't find any photos at this point but I can tell you from what I saw on TV - the TL is a complete write-off. Considering the driver only had "minor injuries" that says a lot for the safety of the car.
If anyone has or can find photos please post...

I was just going to post... Wow is this the first "death" from a TL?
Guess not! I love the safety of our cars, it's probably the single biggest reason why I purchased it.

There was one post on here around last december about this couple that was killed by a kid speeding in his AMG, the TL was in two pieces after the accident..

Those pictures are horrifying. I just showed my mother the picture of the gold TL, and she was beside herself. Gave me a big hug. I think I finally proved to her why it was worth it to spend almost $40,000 for my car. Then I went outside and shined up my TL.
