The top one has the new Surge line which is supposedly 50% quieter but wiht only 450 in-lb of torque versus 1800 (hex driver). Boht have the same hammer drill. 2nd one comes with a 'free' blower...
Thoughts?
According to Milwaukee site reviews, it only hits 1800 for brief moment but the Surge sustains 450 in lb longer..
