it's alright but the project i'm currently on is looking very bleak.. not meeting timelines, scope exploding, bleeding money.. ya know typical projects. Had a chat with my manager this week about performance and although he says he wants to back me up for promotion, he did caveat that the project isn't looking great

The last technical recruiter I met with was a woman as well.. she was a fucking 10.5 / 10. I didn't like the job, but I told her my coworker might and he has similar experience. My coworker is a total fucking horndog.. I told his ass to keep eye contact and don't check out her tits too much. He didn't get the job.. probably too much eye contact. Creepy fucker.. lol.
