Oi did a road trip with my father a few years ago, it was great, minus the sitting in the car 12 hours a day. Car was his brand new Mazda 6 with the 4 banger, we did the first oil change around Seattle if I recall correctly.

I'll need to pull another road trip sometime. Maybe visit some of you guys.

I do vote, always, even if I don't believe in anything.

I was really rooting for Jack Layton, but then they didn't get much and he died and the party doesn't have the guts it used to.
The Liberal party is out of the question, it has never cared for Quebec. It's a long running joke/piece of knowledge that only old people and immigrants vote for the Liberals here. Old people because they're old, and immigrants because when they get accepted into Quebec it's by CANADA and they associate Liberals with Canada. It's actually a known tactic to open the vanes of immigration to skew the votes...

That leaves us with conservatives and Bloc Québecois.
Stephen Harper is a fucking tool. I like jet fighters (no really, I used to go see planes land and go all the time as a kid and my dad used to work in flight simulators) but that guy is a fucking tool. He makes Canada as a whole look terrible and he can only remind me of the Canadian version of Bush.

So that leaves us with the Bloc Quebecois. Do I completely believe in separating? No. Not really. If it happens then so be it, we'll see if it's better, if not... well fuck, I guess we tried something new and it failed. There's some good and bad points to strive for independence, some of which I agree with, some I don't but that's the party that's the closest to my ideology nonetheless. The biggest point is being respected as a province, which is clearly not happening as a part of Canada, even though we bring in such a big income and get such little return.

The other grout we used was super grainy and easy to clean off...this one clung to the surface and there was 70% more surface area than the first bathroom.

Again, POS FUK U. I hate that grout. But it came out nice. but still.

Says the guy eating LOBSTER nachos at DISNEYLAND.

Know what I had? - a jam sandwich. Took two pieces of stale bread and jammed them together. In my "living room" which is actually an off-brand washing machine box under the 7th street underpass.

Those snatchos do look good though!

I'm glad you vote! Makes me very upset when people don't vote or don't even bother to inform themselves with what a party stands for. I'm not saying they need to do a weeks worth of research on each party, but each does have a summary of what they're fighting for. I'm sure one could tackle four or five parties in an hour.

I agree With you on Harper. I don't feel he's necessarily done a bad job (not a great one either though, lol), but I think he's been in power for too long. And I can't stand his secret forms of governing. It's like he's a dictator sometimes, trying to quash media, scientists, you name it. Some of his stances on topics make me shake my head.

It is a pity Layton passed away. I think he would have made an excellent leader. I don't get that's same feeling from Mulcair though.

It's funny what you say about the Liberals. Out here, people feel the liberals ignore anything or anyone west of Ontario however, JT is new blood. I did some reading into him and I was actually quite surprised with what I learned about him.

And BQ? Well, I can't excite for them even if I tried. However, I really would hate for Quebec to separate. I Think Quebec gets a lot more respect, at least around here, than Manitoba, Saskatoon, the territories or the very eastern provinces, lol.

So now I'm left debating between the NDP and Liberals. Both have ups and both have downs. All I know is that Harper has to go. The way the election has gone thus far is nothing short of greasy and the Conservatives are catching up on all these broken promises before the election to score last minute votes. Fuck you. I really hope Canadians aren't dumb enough to fall for their tactics.

I'm surprised you had such a brutal time grouting. As far as tiling is concerned, grouting was always my most favorite part, lol. I've never really had issues grouting. I would find that I would always wash off like 95% of the grout! but the last 5% was impossible to wipe off. I would wait until it dried completely and then it would come off with one wipe.

I passed out like black forest HAM. Had a run this morning, went for some tacos and then took a nap. It's been rainy and storming so its all dark and soothing outside; ended up being almost 3 hour nap. Waking up like Rip Van Winkle in this bitch, wondering what year it is...

Feels good man!

Also, I see my man young$$$ is here looking at threads in 3G. So he's gonna be posting pics aaaany minute now and you'll see!

fucker...you liked that.

I haven't had a lot of experience, but this grout REALLY stuck to the surface and I swear it looks like it made the color of the slate tile look dull.
