Meh, the 1V hasn't aged all that well. It's funny to see though, an '07 V can be had for like 14k here. an 09 V is like 45k.

12mbps DSL? Do it Kev. If you can stay away from Comcast for as long as you can, do it. Like i told you about Cable, it's shared on your node so if you have a lot of people on you won't get near 40 MBps. Plus everyone hates Comcast..
