Sweet ride, civic! I've been looking at those FRS/BRZ's as a second car. My TL is almost paid off... by the time I get another motorcycle and pay off some more of my student loans, there will probably be a very nice used market for those.

Majofo is married? I had no idea.
I'd like to make it to the Nat'l meet again next year. I was there last in 2012. It was long ass drive but it was tons of fun.
Vlad, thanks for the compliments. If I could do it all over again, I'd would have just bought a Elise and avoided all of the headaches that this car has given me.

Thanks a lot Jamie...that's a nice thing to say. I have been told by most people that I am, in person, exactly as I am online. I like to try and live my life pretty transparently by always being the same and avoiding shadiness or lying. My ADD would make me a terrible liar anyway... When you do, you spend more time being stressed about getting caught than just being honest and accepting the reaction. It helps that I always shoot to do what I consider the right thing.
There's a handful of people who have seen my pic and a handful of others who I'd send a pic to. There are a few who I have met but willing to meet most of you. I met up with doc rick with my wife and two best brosefs.. After we split ways, they was like.. how long have you known him? I was like, we met on teh internet, this was the first time we've met. They thought I was bat shit crazy, but then remembered that I am.
If I go to the National meet, I'd likely fly out although that kinda defeats the purpose. There are a ton of guys I'd like to meet.
Love you too, bud.
As far as identity theft...I guess because I've watched so many people that are all fearful and not paying bill online get their identities messed with, that I figure the more OUT there you are with your stuff and being active the more you're not a high demand target. Who knows...bottom line, if you're gonna get fkd no matter what, enjoy the conveniences of sharing online and buy/selling online. Shietttt...Majofo once had to point out that I had included my credit card or something in the background of my photo. That's when I knew he used his powers for good and not evil.
Shoot, I almost had the Advans sold to a CL guy...I backed out of the sale because I didn't like his tone. Fk that...yeah, I go with my burner and all...but I'm not selling or dealing with people I don't like. My soul ain't for sale!

Morning all
Just catching up with the last few pages. Morgan hates cats apparently
Gotta give Majofo credit. Despite his penchant for penises and salad tossing, he's probably one of the most intelligent people on the forums. He knows a good amount about most things.
The silliness is what keeps me around haha. I just don't always get to post as much as I want. My join date to post count ratio is
Great group of guys here so I mostly stay in this thread. I'll read other threads and on occasion I'll make a post here and there but 3G Ramblings is the hangout spot.
I'm still trying to hire you, Maj I have some bums on the squad that need to go ASAP.

All seriousness, you know Majofo is not in any picture he posts ever. He will only give out his gmail number, never gives his real name or whether he's married or has kids or what he actually does. He only shares what he knows about cars, and salad tossing and obscure up and coming hip hop artists in total anonymity.
Pretty sure he's in witness protection.

Franch,
I have so much respect for HIM that his looking to you for advice on investing immediately made me have more respect for you. That's pretty good...reminds me of that sucking famous people's d*cks comedy bit.

Hmmm...older guy walking out of his house to his 2002 Mazda Miata. Looks well maintained and has a for sale sign.
Naw...can't do it.

They also get pretty crap gas mileage for how small they are (the TL will also get 30 mpg highway and I can fit in it!).
CivicDudeman, the Toyobaru looks really clean! I can't say I'd buy a BR-Z (have driven a few and they just don't make it move down there enough) but I enjoy how they drive and just the fact that someone brought back the simple RWD 2-seater.
Someone asked for more BMW banter? Here's Das M5 and I on the way home from a weekly BMW meet last night. Was raining so I wasn't anywhere near full-throttle, but there's some more good noises to be enjoyed:
Anyone got fun weekend plans coming up?

Basically what I was trying to say last night about J was he puts himself out there more than anyone (pics of him, wife, dog, house, pressure washing, etc.) Therefore, I vote him the least harmless/out to get anyone.

Jealous! I'm dipping out around 4 to head home, meet Ryan and go to the store. We're going to my college car club's annual "Turducken" party tomorrow and need to make a few things to bring.
I'm making a Mexican-inspired bacon explosion and a jalapeno popper dip, and he's making some loaded tater tot casserole that sounds amazing.
My friend hosting has a keg of beer and is making a second 'splosion, and then we have another ~30-40 people coming who are all also bringing homemade deliciousness.

I really don't though. It'll be a pain in the ass to bring back to stock and I need to fix a few things as well.
The 86 needs more power, badly. The engine is shit too, it sounds like a tractor motor. Boost helps, until you snap the #3 rod in half and punch a hole in the block.
Cars and Coffee is tomorrow morning, then I'm helping my friend remove some of his mods so he can trade in his FR-S on a new Mustang. Other than that, nothing. Maybe I'll finally replace the suspension on the wagon, but meh

I actually want the new mustang badly too...
At some point this weekend I'll have to figure out where this new power steering fluid leak is coming from and some rear suspension squeaking too. My guess will be the rear sway bar bushing and the leak from the compression fitting on the lower power steering hose. Tightening up the screw was only going to work for so long....and it's been years.
Need to pressure clean the house to prepare for exterior paint too...
Don't worry Jake, she's not my type. OR YOURS
I'm more disappointed that YOU'RE taken.

Justn, I've decided you can eat a jumbo bag of dicks, all day, everyday. After you made your navi-is-a-ticking-time-bomb comment, I started to get paranoid about mine... only to have it shit the bed this morning! Gah!! I'm now getting the "navi disc error" message on my screen. Dammit!
