damn, I didnt see the updated story...about the wife suing the trucking company....

that's one of the risks when you get behind the wheel! gotta navigate through traffic, which may or may not include stalled vehicles.

so it’s the trucking company’s fault the truck broke down and more than likely had its hazards on, but it’s not the fault of the bimmer driver who more than likely wasn’t paying attention to the road.... interesting.
