IamaTL there is only 1 side where there is a tab holding it in then the light just kinda drops down and the other side comes out.
Hard to explain. You only need 1 screwdriver to do it though. I wish I could explain more.

I forgot all about that light situation. The cover comes off from the passenger side. It drops down and then the tab pulls from left to right if you are standing behind the car looking forward. When you pull down on the right side, it will feel like it's going to break, (or mine did) I just kept applying small amounts of pressure. When it popped free it sounded like I broke the tab, but it was fine. It's a bitch, but it's much easier than it seems.

Everytime i got the clip, unclipped I would look at the video and i would be pointing it elsewhere. 
So i took pictures.
Use a butter knife
On the trunk like insert knife on the right side
On the visor insert knife on the side the where the map lights are. you will have to wiggle/apply pressure to get the clip to undo.
Yeah i know it noob to talk about but i am a noob when it comes to this crap.

So I've seen a few people talking about adding N.O.S. to their cars on here. I have looked EVERYWHERE for the stuff while I'm out but can never seem to find it. But behold, I FOUND SOME TONIGHT!!! I went in to grab a drink and they had a whole row of it in the cooler!! I bout 4 bottles and added them to the gas before I left. I figure that would give it time to mix on the way home. OOOHHH boy were you guys right!! After about a mile, the car seemed to stutter a bit, but I figured it was just not used to the N.O.S. I decided to just punch it and BAM! this TL took off!! I would have to say I gained AT LEAST 20hp!!!!
