3D Solar Sensing

Is there a way to turn this on or is it completely automatic? And has anyone actually noticed it in action? Anyway to tell when the car begins to use the feature if it is automatic? Thanks!

I would say that the Solar Sensing function is not very noticable because it works so well.

I don't ever get the urge to raise / lower my "Auto Temp" setting of 79 Deg, even when the sun is beating on my side for an extended period.
