They are green for a while because the bulb is still cold.
It slowly fades to yellow because it is warming up.
3000K is supposed to look white with a tint of yellow head on and have yellow on the ground [maybe with a bit of white closest to the lens].
Sometimes it may reflect off of other cars and appear to have a green tint to it... it's normal.
If you think that is "Hulk Green" you should check out my 3000K HIDs in Yellow-Lensed-Projectors.
