I think it should be okay for three weeks, but try and get someone to start and drive your car around once a week to keep the engine alive or disconnect.... I also heard its good to keep your car on jacks. It is to keep your tires good I think... pressure and everything.
Other than those two, it should be fine for 3 weeks.

3 weeks is nothing- 3 months is storage
Do not have anyone drive it or start it!!! Must be driven 30 minutes on freeway if you want to dry out moisture in oil systems and exhausst- better to let it sit than drive
You can disconnect the NEG battery cable, so the clock and things that stay on dont drain the battery, make sure to know the radio and nav security codes as they will need to be input anytime you disconnect the battery
Also have to reset the seat memory
If your really AR about the car, buy a 10 dollar battery maintainer- trickle charger that just keeps it topped up and shuts off till needed again, and leave the neg cable connected
A car cover is always a good idea if parked outside
Take it for a good drive when you get home

you put a car on jacks to keep tires from getting flat spots on them - but thats not an issue for this short time span.
The other side of having it on jacks is the suspension hangs down- in a way nor normal for it- causing stressors it wont encounter when just parked
Put the tires at 36-40 psi if you want to be really careful -

Safety Car
Well, assuming that you'll be garaging her...I would guess nothing? Might have some trouble starting her up when you get home, but other than that?...no not really "life" threatening...
anywho, where ya goin?! lol

three weeks shouldn't be any big deal, but don't fill up before you let her take that 3 week nap imo haha leave her at below 1/4 tank.

As long as you don't fool around with a rental car, you TL will be okay. If you insist on fooling around, at least make sure you change shirts so your TL doesn't smell the new car scent.

Hey, just think of all the money you're saving on fuel for your car!!!! Plus, think about all the mileage you're NOT putting on your TL.

How long do you think the car sat on the dealers lot before it was sold? A lot longer than 3 weeks. This is a joke man. If there are major changes in the weather or the car was sitting in the 100 degree sun, I would make sure to cover it. Isn't there other things that you need to worry about besides how long your car is sitting around? Man I wish I had nothing to do.

If you check the owner's manual it tells you what you need to do for long term storage.
for three weeks, as other posters have said, your baby will be fine, sad and lonely maybe, but otherwise healthy. No need to over inflate the tires. The owner's manual suggests storing with a full tank of gas for longer periods so that shouldn't be a concern for just three weeks.

You know what, I take what I said back because I remember when I was 18, I was just like you. I loved my car and that was all I cared about. It must be really nice to have a tl at your age. Glad to see you care so much about your car. I wish I was 18 again and didn't have much to worry about.

When I was 18 I had an old farm use Toyota pickup that the guy we leased our land to gave to us. That thing was a total piece of shit but I loved that truck more than any of the nice vehicles I've bought for myself since then :P I too wish I had something like a TL when I was 18!
You'll be fine buddy, don't sweat it. If you were gone for like 6months I might consider dropping some fuel stabilizer into the tank...otherwise you're good
