2nd gen type s vs 98 mustang cobra vert?

what do you guys think?

would a CL-S with intake and headers be able to beat this?

cobra has high miles and a novice driver

how about the 98 GT? How does it compare to the TL-S? Both being stock for stock

ive beat a 97 cobra with intake and exhaust..he started coming back top end but i beat him by 2
