240sx RB26

i helped my buddy build a 240 over the summer and we did a couple pulls from 60 in 3rd gear and its close for about a second what can i do to beat him or atleast stay close (take in to consideration that my car is bone stock)

lol there's nothing much you can do..unless you are willing to spend lots of money....you will need S/C at least....

ya when we raced he was at 5 lbs of boost now its at 13 so i guess ill give up hahaha

it's not that bad of a crazy swap

no clue on what hes puttin down for hp but ya ^^^^ im sure hes up in that range i helped him build a 12 second FWD talon and he also has a 515 hp AWD eclipse thats fuckin nuts

it was a fun prosess cus he bought the shell from "DK" for 45 bucks and we did all the body work and and painted it orange with a black top with a blitz body kit

lol, I think if you can do the above (swapping/building engines like that), you should be able to do a J35+6MT swap plus make the $500 turbo kit to fit/work. Then I think you will have a chance against him

ive actually got a turbo set up in mind but its not a honda kit i just need some funds to support it http://www.ststurbo.com/universal_system just a lil sneek peak

damn that turbo kit looks nice! If you want something cheaper, you can consider this:

But the quality sucks from what I've heard....and fitment is an issue, since you work on cars, I think you can fix that haha...
