WAY TOO exspensive!!! you could buy a Type S and have money left over for that price. Search around on ebay to get a general price for Tls around the country

definitely too expensive. i paid 31k back in october for an 08 type S certified with only 15k miles. it took me a while to find the right one. take your time and it'll pay off. i'd offer around 27.5k max but haven't shopped around lately

All depends on what you want to pay, what the dealer will accept, and if you intend to keep the car for a while. Have them throw in the Acura Car Care extended B to B warranty and see if you can get it for 28K.
Drive a little to Houston and pick up the following:
2008 TL Type-S
Price: $29,991
Mileage: 16,307
Exterior Color: White Diamond Pearl
Interior Color: EBONY/SILVER
Transmission: Automatic

Yes it is, but dealers will generally throw in a highball price when they first get a car a) to see if they get lucky b) so they have room to negotiate.
Send him a lowball offer and see what he says
btw I got my 2008 Type-S with 9000 miles for 28k last August

If you keep throwing them offiers and they dont take them, then your probably wasting your time.
Always keep your price firm, try a different dealer, try looking through auto trader. Trust me your TL is out there but keep looking around.

Check out sites like Cars.com to see what else is out there, I'm sure this dealership isn't the ONLY one that has what you're looking to buy. You can search in your area or all over the country. Another good resource is kbb.com for trade-in, private party, used dealer, and CPO values for your zip code even though their numbers are usually about 2 months behind the curve.
