2008 type s parking brake bolt anchor removal.

I need to remove the parking brake bolt anchor (part number 6 here https://www.acurapartswarehouse.com/...rake-shoe.html).
Can anyone tell if a flex head 22mm ratchet will fit here? When I looked in there it looked like I will have to remove the shocks to access the nut int he back.
Any comments appreciated. I don't have a 22mm ratchet just wanted to ask before I buy it.

I have removed the parking brake shoe and held the cable by a spring to an existing hole for now. I am not using the car as of now. I drove it around the parking lot and it does run fine
I am not sure how safe it is to drive the car without parking brake in one rear tire though, so I am looking to replace the bolt.

What's wrong with the bolt?

I also have one side with no parking brake shoe. the parking brake line is seized and doesn't move. i zip tied the cable so it wouldn't rub against the rotor when driving.

I think it's the big shiny bolt, looks tight to get to.

Also wouldn't recommend buying just a 22mm ratchet, that's expensive when you can get a whole kit for a good price.

guitarplayer16 thanks for the response. The tabs on the bolt got bent badly. Good to hear the zip tied solution works. I did something similar so I might just use it like that for now.
The picture you show is missing some of the connecting parts which make it difficult to squeeze in a ratchet. I have sets which have ratchets up to 18mm. That is the reason I am looking
for individual one. I think I will look into a set with higher ones.

My bad I by ratchet I meant ratcheting wrench. I get the terms mixed up. I meant a flex head wrench like you mentioned. I will mostly get that.

Ratcheting wrenches are kinda fragile.

Maybe use a regular 22mm box wrench or socket to bust the bolt free first.
