2008 TL w NAVI... Need Feedback!! Please help!

Hey Guys, Been a while since I've been on here. Ran into some issues along my journey to potentially making my purchase...

Today I drove 08 TL base with Nav.. And I liked it... It has 72k on it, looked very clean for the most part. Upon driving it, I felt a little vibration under the gas pedal when driving. Upon getting in there was a tps sensor indicating for the front passenger tire.
I put it in tiptronic, went through the gears- no clunking or sluggish surging. Does this sound like this would only be from the low pressure making me feel this slight vibration?
Also, is there anything else I should look at aside from Carfax? The rear seats were loose like they had been taken out and not secured back inside right or the lower portion is broken. Aside from its a great price I think.. But I wanted some feedback from you guys who have been most helpful!!

I'd get it inspected at either a dealer or a reputable mechanic before purchasing. The rear seat kinda scares me a bit. Also make sure the title is clean (non-Salvage).

Spend 100.00 bucks and get it inspected by someone you trust and save yourself possible thousands of dollars worth of troubles.

Reading the carfax right now, and it says its clean title on there, as of march of this year with the motor vehicle dept. I was wondering about the seats too, like why would the seats be loose like that, but I didnt sit back there and try and put it in and latch it down properly.

There isnt an acura dealer in close proximity to me to take it to, to get it looked over, but there is a honda dealer. would that ok in your opinion?

I must be the only one with a salvage/rebuilt title TL on here.

Owned it for almost 3 years now and not a single problem. I guess I got lucky and the shop that decided to rebuild it did a hell of a job.

Im going to talk to them about taking it to Honda to get checked ( assuming what I hear at the finance office tomorrow morning is something I want to hear ) I hope they don't give me a hard time taking it to honda. If not, I can have someone come to the car there and look it over and drive it I guess.

What is the best thing to suggest at the dealer? Should I let them know I want a pre purchase inspection, or should I pay for an oil change and then I know they do a basic check of things that way....
