2006 Price

What would be a realistic price to pay for a base 2006 TL? I've noticed some of these great prices on 2006 TLs with NAVIs but have not seen anyone talking about the cost of a base 2006. The best price I've received is $500 over invoice and then they add dealer prep of $399. Thanks
