Bruce is a vendor here and he does some great installs of OEM accord fog lights retrofitted on 04-06 TL bumpers that makes it look very similar to 07-08 models.
here is a pic of mine

This looks great! How did you get those fog light housings to fit on there ? I have those and want to put them on my 04, but they are obviously too long..don't know much about car modification. I'm in new York City (Bronx ) and I see you have jersey plates

Those pictured are accord fogs.
You bought 07/08 fogs - good luck getting them to work with your 04 bumper.
I've never seen it done on here.
