This month marks the 15th year of ownership for my TL. Just washed today after a trip to Tahoe and back. Nothing but regular maintenance, still drives so smooth and silky like day 1. Always faithful, I think it's safe to say this is one of the best damn cars ever made. Thank you Acura for building this amazing vehicle.

Many more years to you! I'm at 17¾ years! In fact, the end of next month, it'll be 18 years since I placed the order.

I agree. This was a time where Acura was Acura and not some marketing hype BS about performance this and performance that (failed at anything performance) while being over priced buckets. The 3rd gen TL is truly the best Acura sedan. The 3rd gen TL is nearing it's 20 year old production since 2004 and is still one of the most desired vehicles. Anytime I take out my TL, I get a lot of compliments and when I tell them it's a 2004 and they mind blown. Unfortunately since the 3rd gen TL, Acura meant nothing to me (other than the NSX). Constant disappointment one after another. While I've moved on to other vehicles, the TL is still my true love (in a sense). There are sooo many of these TL's that ended up being neglected to all hell and makes you really appreciate the well kept, clean ones. There's a lot to be said for those that take such pride and dedication in keeping these in near show room condition.

 

 

The era where Acura has nailed in every department in term of Technology, looks and performance. However the current Acura is quite the opposite, the real problem is that Acura still living in the past thinking the market still like it was back in 2007.

3rd owner of a 07TLS, it's been a good car. Unfortunately it's on the downward slide of the resale value. That said, I have a pending sale and will be selling a j-pipe here soon.
