I have a 2006 TL automatic w/ navi. My car is about to hit 105,000 miles besides the timing belt and water pump package, is there anything else I should have done at this time? I just don't want to get sold something I don't really need.

Many threads on the subject, but add the tensioner, plugs, and sepentine belt if needed.
Valve adjustment not normal, only if noisy.
Has the brake fluid, air and cabin filters been changed recently?
