The TL doesn't have a 10,000 mile service-- it goes by the maintenance minder items that arise in the MID. A "B" service-- oil change, tire rotation and visual inspections-- which arose when I had about 10K on my TL, will run $60-150 depending on whether it's an independent or dealer and whether there are coupons or not. The closest Acura dealer wanted about $130 w/coupon, $145 list w/o coupon, and my independent Honda/Acura mechanic charged me $70.
The dealers will recommend a 10,000 [or other mileage-based] service which may be appropriate for other cars and to generate revenue, though.

Thanks! My dealer keeps sending me postcards telling me that I should be about due for my 10,000 mile service and that is why I am inquiring. And I'm about due for another oil change at 11,000+ miles, so I figured might as well get it all done together.
That price is better than what I expected; I was anticipating somewhere between $200-$250. The less, the better.
