08 base harness AT vs 08 type s harness AT

So I pulled a type s motor and trans from the junkyard. I'm rebuilding the motor after it gets back from the machine shop. When I swap it in, can I use the base harness or will I need the harness from the junkyard. The reason I ask, a couple of connectors were cut off and I'd rather not take the time to swap connectors and add wiring. Has anyone attempted this in the past?

OEM vendor site shows two different part #'s between the 08 Base & 08 Type-S:
32110-RDA-A60 Genuine Acura Wire Harness, Engine (acurapartswarehouse.com)

32110-RDB-A50 Genuine Acura Wire Harness, Engine (acurapartswarehouse.com)
