I was at dealer having some things done and had 3 hours with nothing to do so I found this out for you all, plus I wanted to know.

The Type S License plate frame will fit a 04-06 TL.
Price is a little over $300
It has a chrome bar across the top instead of the brush metal and it has the little hole already made for the reverse camera, other than that is the same.

Now the camera, guess how much it is? $100? $200? $300?

Keep going..... This is Acura, they get to rape you.

Its about $711 JUST for the camera... Or so the parts manager tells me.

I think I will stick to my wendy $100 camera, lol I can replace it 7 times if it breaks before I hit that mark, lol... Thats just nuts!

The only thing I cant figure out is if I got the Type S frame would the hole already in that spot fit my camera...

I have to go back to the dealer in a few weeks I may take it and hold up to a Type S. I have yet to put on my car as I am lazy.

Anyway, just thought I would share that with everyone, as I was wanting to know some of it for a while, and remember a few others did also...

the camera is a rip off, the plate frame is about right. even for the 04-06's it was about that price with the brushed silver.
