07 base OEM front lip on a 07 TL-S

I was thinking about buying a OEM front lip for my TL-S but I really prefer the base lip versus the TL-S lip. The base lip looks more understated

. Does anyone know if there is fitment issues? As far as I can tell the front bumper looks the same for the base TL and the TL-S.

Also, where's the best place to buy. I really rather not have to go through the Stealership...

Look at the lower grille on both base and type-s. One has a smile and the other is a frown. Theres' your outcome.
