I am working on my 2006 Acura TL atm and its obviously a base model. So After reading thru a forum where the poster mentioned if I plan on upgrading exhausts or what not, I should go for 2007-08 Base TL A-Spec body kit. Which I did and now I am in dilemma on how to make it fit. I tried all possible ways but it seems like the lower two grills on each side (the ones with fog light on 07-08) is kinda smaller. The one on front lip appears to be bigger with a lil cuttout for fogs. So How can I make them fit? I know it take a lil modification but can somebody explain how can it be done?

First thing, use the search feature and spend some time reading. All this stuff has been beat to death. Tons of info is present on the 04-06, and 07-08 styles.

The 07-08 Base, 04-06 Base has the same rear lip, so it doesn't matter if you choose either one, they both only fit single tip OEM dual muffler tips. The 07-08 TL-S rear lip fits the OEM quad tip, and ATLP quad tip. That's were you seem to have made the mistake.

The front lip that you have will require re-shaping, and re-painting for a perfect finished product. IMO your better off going with a 04-06 lip (mating w/ your current 04-06 bumper), or swapping to a 07-08 bumper, and corresponding 07-08 parts.

 

Is it possible to change an 04 06 front bumper with a 07 08 fronts by getting the headlights and the grill?

 

you dont need to change the headlights its the same size..
