i was driving my boys tl type-s and i liked the chrome trim peices on the hood and i was wondering if they made them for the base models... got a pic of what im talking about

Chrome is gay, just paint it another color... black, flat black, or gunmetal?

if you have an 06, then you don't have a base TL. You have either a nav or non-nav TL. If you do have an 06, then the only piece that'll fit is the hood chrome, the grille surround won't fit since it's larger on the 2007+ TL's.

If you have a base 2007+ TL, then yes, it'll fit since the openings are the same

there was a 04-06 chrome grill trim just really hard to find and out of production. luckily i was able to get one. i still had to use the type s chrome top trim though which is a perfect fit. ill try to grab a picture of my set up.

and for your information chrome isnt gay. i havent heard anyone said that about my car yet.

Chrome isn't gay.... I've seen it myself on the 04-06 and personally think they look very classy if you do it right.

To each their own taste, but rude comments aren't necessary

if u change the front grill to chrome make sure to do the license plate trim thing too otherwise it looks funny

Yea its a hard decision because my wheels are going to be black chrome or smoked chrome w.e you want to call it.
