Just like the title can a 06 TL-S aspec rear lip fit on a base TL?

i dont think there was a tl-s for the 06 year. the tl-s was in 07-08. and if you mean that, then it does fit but you to do a small modification to make it fit. theres a DIY on it.

Yep there is no 06 TL-S, only 07-08.
If you search you will find tons of threads and a few DIY's.

how can you make or where do you find aspec lip kit for 07 type s?

Thank you, I saw some video that a guy had to cut a small chunk from his bumper to make the lip fit

But would it look nice with the base TL exhaust pipes or with the quad pipes?

Quad tips fit perfectly, and really flow with the rear end. Base tips would look seriously odd.

Search, it's been beaten to death. Tons of info on this site.

I did it.. not that bad to install.. I followed the DIY in this forum.. Search and you will find it..
