05TL 4K miles, paint peeling
I actually have my 04 with 34k miles at the dealer getting the front bumper repainted because of peeling which just started approx 2 weeks ago. They gave me a white 05 loaner with just over 4k miles and there is bad peeling where the bumper meets the fender. This thing even rattles a bunch from the moon roof and has major elbow impression on the drivers door and the dashboard airbag impression on the passenger side. I know these things get beat on like rental cars but I wouldn't have expected this after 4k miles.
I have the elbow impression and butt prints but that's it, i guess I got lucky.

The gray is my 04. There is no indentation from a rock/pebble but it could have started from a chip. There are two shown in the photo and it they are peeled doen to the plastic which is an indication of bad prepping before paint. There are some bubbles on the bumper as well, where the paint is lifted and not broken yet. There is one of these under the pass headlight and that was the deciding factor for the repaint, they questioned the peeling and asked if i had the car repainted.
The white is the 05 rental. It is peeling probably cause of fitment and rubbing problems. It is in the same area where 04 where having a problem, I didn't hear about a concern on 05's and thought i would pass it along. I just ran out and took a quick pick, a little blurry sorry. It a lot worse in person.

mine has a slight mark from where i had a rock chip. it started to peel about a month ago. i'm going to try and get it repainted in the next few weeks. the dealership said they couldn't do anything about it.

My 04 had the same paint peeling problem. Dealer offered to repaint it once as a "goodwill" gesture, and not wanting to deal with the problem again, I elected to clear bra the bumper after the repaint.

Fantastic Acura Quality again!!! I had to have my rear bumper repainted. Where the bumper seemed near the tail light the paint peeled. I know of two other people who have had the same issue.
