Planning on getting on 05 TL auto for $25,000 (OTD) after looking at some numbers (below) am considering I might be a little high. best deals so far

32k miles/good shape - $26.5k OTD think I can get down to 25.5
25k miles/better shape & certified- $27k OTD not sure I can get them to move much but I know it was a trade-in so I'm sure they didn't "pay" more than 22k for it.

anybody with recent experience/advice? i'm close to Northern VA and from what I've seen prices here are pretty high so maybe get my deal somewhere else.
